i have a 8100 locked on at&t. i try to read serveral reader but unfortunately i cant be able to get the mep code. i try to use the online mep code generator but how can i get the right code, i cant get the full app version.

and i cant access the engineering menu. please any solution for this?

i also used bb info reader but it shows like this

GSM radio not connected. cannot access id. cannot read imei.

i try some of this reader also logger, mep reader, ect but it says

can't connect to phone try reattach it!

phone unlocked!...............................
