Default 8120 software update problem

Please Login to Remove!

When I try to update my 8120 software to ver4.5 I get an error when it reaches the loading application stage of the update process ( Unspecified error encountered [J:0x00000005] )

How can I solve this problem?
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Are you sure that you have the correct OS for the 8120?

You can use Google and put in the exact error message. I got quite a few hits. This was the first one up: help help help! - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com
