my phone rings for calls, emails, texts, calendar events but not for PIN's

something must have gotten knocked off but I can't find it.

Can someone please tell me how to get the ringer back on for PIN's

Have you checked your settings in your profile? Also, have you tried a battery pull?

Go to main messages and click on the icon>click bb button on the left side of trackpad>messege alerts>messeges then change ur settings ther
