hi guys i downloaded bluff my call to my pc put it on my memory card and try to install in but it keeps saying download fail

i used the destop manager and i says file not compatible

wats wrong

You can't install an app from the memory card. You would need to either:

1) Download a alx format of the app, which can then be installed to your phone via the BlackBerry desktop manager, or

2) Download and install the app (jar/jad format) from the BB browser. This is also known as OTA (over the air) install.
