well, I have come to the end of the road and don’t know which way to go.
My BB 8120 has been working fine with BB desktop software over the last 8 months, but when I attempted to downloaded another Language the other day, the download just stopped and did not finish.
After 3h I just disconnected the phone and shut down the PC.
The next day I wanted to try again, but I could not establish a connection.
The message: “BB Desktop Software cannot communicate with the CONNECTED device” appears.
I have 2 PC’s running Windows XP Pro SP3, 1 laptop with the same software and 1 laptop running W7 Home. All four give me the same result.
I have spent almost three days going through the internet’s forum, applying all possible suggestions without success, it looks like, that no one has an answer to the problem.
Summary: connection worked fine, until I tried to download another language !
Somebody please help
