Default Trackball sounds like its rubbing

Has anyone else notice this. Maybe its just me. I felt like i didn't hear this before. Other the clicking sounds, it sounds like the trackball is rubbing. I have had the Pearl since day one and under normal use. I tried cleaning the trackball thinking that might be it. It just sounds like its rubbing against something inside. I am not sure.

Could be some dirt under the ball. Other then taking it apart, not sure what else todo. It's kind of annoying now that I know its there.

It actually might of been a dirty trackball. I took a suggestion from a recent post on using a alcohol cleaning cloth. Seems better.
