Default Viewing Sent Messages folder... - 10-02-2006, 01:10 AM

Hi,

I'm currently using a Pearl from T-Mobile with the latest Rogers firmware inside.

I'm trying to be able to view a message that I sent from the BB but I can't seem to find away. My SENT MESSAGES folder in the 'Web Client' section of my folders just displays *empty*

Same with my TRASH folder

Any suggestions? I pretty much checked everyone on my berry and the forum and can't seem to find any setting to tweak. Any help is appreciated. Thx!

Are you using BIS 2.0 or 1.8? If I am not mistaken with BIS 1.8 there is an option for keeping a copy of your sent messages in your webclient. If you're using BIS 2.0 all mail is handled through your BlackBerry. Any email sent from it should be in the designated mailbox (as every email account has its own) and it should be in the main "mail" box also.

Go under your options in your messaging, and unhide sent messages. It will show them along with the received...thats the only way I've been able to see them

I am using Gmail on my BB, and I could see all my sent emails without any tweaking...

My Rogers branded unit doesn't even have a "SENT ITEMS" folder. Looks like they just removed it...that sucks!!!

Yeah, there needs to a separate folder for sent for each account. Who mixes them into one? There also needs to be different icons per folder (user settable). They all look the same.
