Please Login to Remove!

i have gone into profies and set an alert tone for when i recieve email, but everytime i get an email no alert tone is played. what am i doing wrong??

is the alert volume set to "mute"?

If you have it on vibrate + ring you wont get a tone at the same time it is vibrating. Try it and just let it sit there... it'll happen.

Or just pick tone, and it will do it right away.

ah my mistake i had the out of holster set to none, instead of tone!, what an idiot. just going to post another problem with messenger so all please read and try to help
