updating os on blackberry

Default updating os on blackberry

Please Login to Remove!
im new to the bb platform...i just went to the rim site and dowloaded the new update for rogers..i saved it to my computer then ran the install shield and let it "install" on the computer, it then asked me to open my desktop manager and i did...but when i went to the device app loader the new update wasnt there...did i miss a step somewhere?

What you have for Rogers is the latest update. There are no other updates...

i figured it out im a tmo customer and i downloaded the rogers update...i searched the site and saw i had to delete the vendor.xml file...it downloading now.

i haven't downloaded the rogers yet. i'm hoping tmo will have their update soon and will also include video recording.

Good glad you searched and found it. That is one thing i have learned with the 4 BB's i have had is the excitement of learning and figuring out stuff.... sorry im wasted...
