Default mobile.blackberry.com problem

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to get the BB Zen today plus theme from mobile.blackberry.com however because I have the UK Web n Walk version of the 8100 from T-Mobile it keeps giving me the HELP! message, does anyone know where else I can get these themes or access there site? cheers

Options > Theme > Menu > Download Themes

that doesnt work!!!! it gives you the help page only, we need direct links to the themes!! :(

Only other way that I know if is to go to mobile.blackberry.net from your BB browser. With that, you should see a link that says "Themes for Pearl".

You'll have the same problem I had at first - T-Mo UK only install their crappy WAP browser as standard - you need the full web browser to access sites like mobile.blackberry.com.

Give them a call, or e-mail via their website (their response is <24hours) asking for them to send you the full web browser & update your service books.

To tell your browser version: if it opens at T-zones, it's WAP. If it opens at Google, it's Web!

Inside of the standard BB web browser, there's an option that will fix that.. I'm new to BB's, so I can't remember exactly where it is, but as I recall, you have to configure the browser to ONLY display HTML websites, rather than "WAP & HTML"

Hope someone can make heads or tails out of this. I tried it out earlier on, and it worked for me.

This worked for me - make sure you are using "Blackberry Browser" mode, and make sure the Content Mode is set to "HTML only".

ive tried this and no joy, so ive emailed t-mobile uk and asked them to update my service books etc, i work for t-mobile in there retention department and im having a nightmare with them.

ever worked with a company, got a phone off them and have a nightmare experiance.. well thats me at present

tried, and nope i have all the COD the JAD refers to but not the jar

oh well we tried :( god damn rim, why cant they just make it so it can check what phone im using in a better way, heck google maps and opera knew!
