Default Problems installing the O2 update

Please Login to Remove!

I'm trying to install the O2 update on my tmobile phone. It installs fine on my computer. When I start App loader it says it will update my phone, I click okay and then it freezes. Anyone else have this problem or know a fix?

I just finished my install about 2 mintues ago. It takes about 15 minutes to update. Did you delete vendor file?

yes, I deleted the vendor file. I also let it sit for about 2 hours and nothing happened. After clicking okay to install, the only window is the "blackberry Desktop Manager" window and it is frozen in place, I can't drag it around. It also won't become active and it won't close. It's almost like there is a non existant dialog box somewhere that it wants me to click.

I just tried installing the software on my old laptop and the update worked fine. It must be an issue with my computer. Strange, because this is a brand new computer with a fresh install of windows on it. Oh well
