I have got a new Blackberry Pearl which is locked to O in the UK is there any way that the mobile can be unlocked. I have tried calling O2 but as I am not a customer of them they don't seem to want to help.

I would appreciate any advise as I have not got a mobile I can't use. Does anyone know where I can get hold of an unlocked one that I can use?

Yes your BlackBerry can be unlocked. You will have to pay a 3rd party to get you an unlock code. A few of the forum sponsors offer unlocking services.
