okay....

so i followed the video mod...

video is great...

sound is....well weak..

so i thought...

lets try my hands free device (earbud)

didint work...

Untill someone happened to call me...

and sure enough...

i could hear the video thru the earbud...

which was nice...

untill the phone call ended..

then i lost the sound..

is there a way...to use my earbud...without a call..

or is this just out of the question?

Your details are scarce. What video mod are you talking about? What model BB are you using? Depending on what model you are using, bluetooth functionality is very limited.

I'm sure he's using the video mod from this forum. And don't get me wrong but he should be using the BB pearl, no?
