Default Store Memos on media card?

Please Login to Remove!

I'd like to store memos on my media card to keep the phone's memory free. Is there a way to do that that I am missing?

Many thanks.

Not that I'm aware of. From my understanding, the BB will only communicate with the folders that it creates on the media card (Videos, Pictures, Music, Ringtones).

Thanks. I may have wasted my money on this card as I am not big on storing pictures or music. Oh well.

I felt the exact same way about my card.
Then I thought well I can throw some music on the card just incase then I found out it wont play through my Bluetooth ahhh! I have some music and some pics but I think I wasted my money. That was very hard to admit.

def not trying to be a smart ass here, but one of the main features of the 8100 is multimedia, i.e.photos and music. If these things do not interest you why choose the pearl?

If it is a 1GB, I'll buy your card, for $25 shipped.

So the more, the better.

I guess to some people it is a cool looking phone, especially for a BlackBerry. But on your point. I can't imagine not using the video player.

E.g., I was on the cable car home and I played 1/2 a Seinfeld episode. Time flew and I was home in a flash.

Only hazard is I looked nuts as many people could not see I was watching TV, so they thought I was a loon laughing every few minutes.

1 part was it looks very cool
2 nd parts is I wanted my favs.
I was going to get the MDA but it did not have My Favs. But I would defiantly listen to a lot more music it they came up w/a way to listen to the music w/just my Bluetooth head set. As for video I am scared to even try I see so many people have problems w/ loading video.

1. Very good looking phone.
2. Great email application.
3. Nice screen.
4. Nice keyboard.
5. Functional operating system.

If I need multimedia I take my Creative Zen Vision M 30GB. I can put a few thousand songs plus a few movies. And no need to convert the movies, becuase it plays divx. The screen is 240x320 pixels.

I never use multimedia on my phones, eventhough every phone I had was multimedia enabled.
