USB mass storage or via Bluetooth. Pair the 2 them transfer your media.

my MAC isn't recognizing my blackberry, only the other ones in the office.

I am using Bluetooth and my MAC isn't recognizing my Blackberry, only the other ones in the office.

Make sure that your BlackBerry is set to discoverable. (Go to options/bluetooth/ then click button to the left of the pearl and select options then go to where it says discoverable . If it says no then change it to yes) You will also need to pair your BlackBerry to your Mac before you can transfer media back and forth.
