I have a personal treo and a work BB that I have thankfully gotten permission to combine into 1 new device, a pearl.

I'm hoping that the board can explain to me the main differences between cingular and Tmobile, other than costs and coverage area. For example, I've read on this forum that sending picture mail is not possible with Cingular--what are some other differences so I can make the best choice? Text messaging, IM, and GPS are important.

Part two:

Since this will be my personal phone number transferring, I'm debating whether I should add it to the BES server with work. They have strict policies but the 'always on' email is amazing.

Can I have a push option that is always on if we have outlook web access (yes I know it wouldn't be real time then) and the pearl can check that account? Also, if I do put the phone on the BES is it possible at some point to wipe it so it is no longer controlled by company policies if I leave?
