Hello all i Just recieved my blackberry Pearl today and I am getting mixed messages from web and other sources including blackberry themselves about the support for stereo bluetooth. I actually work for t-mobile. I called blackberry and emailed them. When i sent them an email (and i told em i worked for t-mobile) They told me to ask a T-mobile Store lol. Then i tried calling them the next day and the guy said yes it supports it. Well what I Found online was that yes it supports it for the Talking on the phone part. But i want to know if someone has been able to get it to work with their pearl's media Player.

As of this moment Bluetooth Headsets cannot play media functions through them. Sorry.

Is there anyway that maybe we can get a 3rd party app to allow us to do it? Because i am coming from a PPC which i know had many 3rd party applets to Allow use of the a2dp (stereo bluetooth headsets music controls). I just don't see why bluetooth 2.0 would be put on but no support for the a2dp.

I would think support for this will come with time... tmo hasnt even officially released any os updates yet
