Default 8100 T-Mobile Internet Issues

Please Login to Remove!

I've had the pearl for a month or two now and about 3 or 4 weeks ago the internet stopped working. I called t-mobile and after a half hour on the phone I got busy at work and needed to hang up. Has anyone run into this issue? If so how did you resolve it? Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

I solved my problem by turning off the phone completely and turn it back on again.

If that does not work, take the battery out and wait for few minutes and put it back in again.

Is it just not doing anything when you go into the browser or are you getting a "data connection refused" message on the main screen?

if it was working fine before, and you didnt change anything, just be patient. i found this morning that ramble wouldnt connect, but it did after a few hours.

i would try taking the battery out as well, as already said.

The first thing I did was take the battery and SIM card out since that's what T-Mobile always told me. It's like resetting your computer. The problem is that it never connects. It starts to connect by requesting the information, but it never connects. Been like this for a while now.
