I'm not greedy, just spoiled using Mobile Voice Control and Telenav on my former Nextel 750.

Now I have a 8100 on T-Mobile. I like the voice activated dialing, and maps, however I would like 2 small tweaks:

1) Use full potential of the Voice Signal engine. It has the capability to "Lookup <contact>", "Goto <App>", and address SMS text messages.
2) Audio ehhancement for MAPS. It has the capability to plot a course on the map for directions. It also has the capability to know when you are coming up to a cross street. Based on this, it should not be a stretch to add an audio wave file like "Turn Left" or "Turn Right" ahead.

Anyone from T-Mobile or RIM listening out there???

p.s. I have already spoke with Voice Signal and they said it was a T-Mobile/RIm call to order the extra services, and Mobile Voice Control will be announcing support for the 8100 next month (for a fee)

I used be a member of PinStack [another BB forum]. I am no longer a member on there, they banned me for helping a member in here with a problem he was having. I digress, forgive me.

Anyway, there was a PinStack member who operated a T-Mo dealer store. He went to a BlackBerry launch party where RIM executives were to be in attendance.

The T-Mo dealer had obtained a list of wants, gripes and suggestions from PinStack members so to take them to the event and ask the RIM executives about this and that.

A sobering experience was when the T-Mo dealer mentioned PinStack by name. He was chagrined when NONE of the executives acknowledged knowing what or who PinStack was.

PinStack boasts that they are way bigger [and more professional] than So if RIM never heard of them, I doubt they are listening to us.
