Assuming you are in good standing with T-Mo, just give them a call. Tech support is very helpful.
It does sound like you simply need to "reestablish a connection" between your phone and data/BB service, done on the phone.
Simple process [also gets your browser icon back on the app menu if that ever disappears]
<advanced options>
Highlight, then click <host routing table>
Scroll and highlight any HRT file listed.
Press <menu> button while an HRT is highlighted
Scroll to <register now>
Click with trackball.
All done.

Also may be an issue with your Pearl BB push not being set up. But that usually means that T-Mo has not "turned on" your BB e-mail service. Sometimes that takes longer than the data/browser to be back on line.
