Default how to reload the OS

hello,
i upgraded my pearl from t-mobile OS to rogers OS. the upgrading went prefectly fine, except it displays wrong caller picture when someone calls.

so how do i reload the OS again. i just want to install rogers once more and see if it was due to some error during installation.

I think that may be a quirk with the .51 OS as I also had that from time to time. It stopped when I upgraded to the.64 OS (o2).

thanks for reply. did you notice your battery life shorten after you switched to .64 OS (o2) ?
