Yesterday my phone worked fine and then all of a sudden I went to make a call from my call log and there were no numbers in there. A couple of hours later someone tried to call me and when I went to answer the hour glass just popped up and I couldn't answer the call. I checked my call log and the number was in there and I called them back. 30 mins later someone else called me and again I could not answer it and it just froze. I took the battery out and put it back in and the called log was wiped out again.

Whats the deal? I did a search and came up with nothing because i don't know what to even search for.

I am already on my 2nd phone since I signed on TMo 2 1/2 weeks ago, I hope my phone is fine.
