Randomly the pearl on my BB won't let me scroll down. I can go left, right and up but not down. It will stop workign for an hour or so then just start up again. I've tried cleaning it with an alcohol swab but dosn't seem to help. I called T-Mo and they want me to do a hard reset and re-install my OS. I'm willing to do that but it really sounds like a hardware issue. Could it be software related? Anyone else ever have this problem?

many threads on this. canned air or even blowing on it while rolling it will more than likely fix you up.

Have you tried removing the battery for at least 20 seconds and then putting it back in?
