[When using the bb today plus theme]

On the home screen if you roll your ball to the right it selects the "profiles speaker" on the side. Click and you can change the ringtone profile.

I get so much good information on the 8100 device in this forum. I feel like i need to contribute something... anything.

I hope that this wasn't a totally useless post.

have you noticed the appointments don't show the time till the very last moment?

do you think anyone has found the setting for that?

Yea i noticed that too.

I wish there was a better way to display the Calender. I really liked the WinMo 5.0 Calender on the homepage.

Just wait until you get a text message and then delete said message...it will remain listed in the homepage. I liked the Today Plus theme, but because of that text message issue, I stopped using it.

i only have a little issue with the missed calls: if you access your call log all calls are removed from the home screen.

yes. this is an issue for now.

a way around it in the meantime is to go into your messages, scroll to the top over today's date, then hit menu and choose 'mark previous opened' or something like that. then it will clear everything from the home screen

thank goodness that hasn't happen to me. the time/date calender issue almost has me buying pocket day or using bbtoday. I don't like that I can't set the background in them, but I need my calender to know where I am!

That never happened to me until recently but after I did a reset I haven't had that happen again.

The message "bug" I only experienced in th .42 OS, when I upgraded to .67 it went away. However, in the .67 OS, when you go to the new message from the home screen, the End Key doesn't return you to the home screen, you have to use the back key.

In .42 OS, the End Key thing would happen also, but went away with th .67 OS.

Hope that made sense LOL, this is my favorite theme by the way!
