Default Contacts question (change view)

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I searched but couldn't find anything about this (could be because maybe I didn't use the right combo of words). Anyway, just got my Cingular Pearl...LOVING IT! Never enjoyed a phone this much, it's amazing. Anyway only unsolved issue I have is the way the Contacts/Address book is displayed. When I view the contacts that are on my SIM card, it shows the name on the left, and the corresponding phone number on the right, but when I view the contacts that are on the phone, all it will show me is a name. I would like to be able to view the number WITHOUT having to click on it and veiw it. Is there a way to change the display settings? All I see is that you can filter things and have it show first and last name etc. I would like to be able view my contacts list with both the names and the numbers, not just names. I hope it's do-able, and I think it might be since it is viewed that way when I look at my SIM contacts. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Wow....what a bummer. That seems really odd to me. Well thanks for letting me know.

yeah, this is the way the BB OS displays the address book. The Pearl will be my 3rd BB (7100, 8700c, Pearl) and this is the way it has always been.

Well since things are left on the last view, I will just leave it viewing the SIM contacts and that way I can see the numbers also. That's good enough...
