Today is Dec 3rd. When I do "Go to Today" the agenda view shows November 27th. This is true if I input "Go to Date" and then put Dec 3rd. Interestingly it goes to the correct date if I point it to 1/1/07, or 10/1/06. This is not an issue with there being no entries to display on the dates I'm hoping to point to; I have them on just about every date.
If i try this in the week view, or any other, it goes to Dec 3rd as expected. This sucks. I really want to use the Agenda view, and if I have to scroll all over to today it's basically useless.
This kind of stuff really starts to make me frustrated with RIM. This Agenda issue (as well as the snooze alert issue) are VERY simple to fix yet they don't patch existing products, they just make the new device and its OS version work properly...
Anyway, a trick I found to make Agenda more friendly is to just press spacebar one time upon loading the calendar. So long as your current day's list of appointments doesn't fill more than one screen you'll be able to see your entire day. Sort of the way its supposed to work...
Alt + Scroll Wheel works too.
I had this problem using the older OS. When i upgraded to .69 it fixed the problem and showed the current date. Now that a week has passed since upgrading, its back to showing older dates.
Sorry to hear that. Mine would have most likely done the same except after a few days I went back to my 8700c. I have 60+ emails to answer a day and I wanted my QWERTY back. I was never sure about SureType!
