Default Blackberry has eaten my address book!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, somehow I've managed to change a setting in my Pearl which means I can no longer view my address book - it simply says that I have none, yet I can see I actually have 426 entries. Any ideas anyone please???

Thanks

Butty

Funny, My wife came to me and said that her address book was gone. So I looked at her phone and noticed she hadnt closed the program so it looked like she didnt have a address book. Dont know if this is the problem, but sometimes its the easiest things that can drive you nuts.

Cheers to you both - but I've tried both suggestions with no success. Any other thoughts??

Do you ever have the Desktop Manager make a backup of the 8100? You could try a restore and see what that does.

Yeah, tried a restore today - simply left things as they are. Think Imay have to wipe the phone and start again??

It won't hurt. You may just have some kind of glitch in the OS. If you wipe it and reload the OS, and then do a restore, you may get everything back.

Go into your address book, click on your menu button and select Filter, and then uncheck everything.
