Anybody using the push to talk feature on the 8100's? What's been your experience with it?

We activated two 8100c Blackberrys on PTT yesterday. Compared to Nextel, I ma not impressed. Sometimes when you let go of the PTT button it does not release and you are still on the "air". This not only happened to me but to the person I was talking to.

The voice qulaity is not as good as I remember from Nextel. I guess it is a beginning.

It'll get a lot better when Cingular gets HSDPA all over and Sprint/Verizon gets the next revision of EVDO all over. Then there will be good competition for Nextel's PTT.
