Default Battery Life Status: Max out at 95%?

Please Login to Remove!

I just finished charging it overnight (~9 hours) and the life status is at 95%. The battery icon shows that it is indeed full and not charging (no little lighning symbol). However, the 5th and last bar within the battery icon is a bit darker than the first 4 bars. Is there something wrong? Can I achieve that 100%?
