Usually I log into www.t-mobile/bis and login and set this up. I want to add another email account and tonight it reads "We apologize, you do not have access to the My E-mail service.Please use the e-mail solution provided with your wireless handheld."

Huh? Is T-Mobile system down or how do I do this function exactly on the Pearl itself?

Well that site no longer exists. I know this because when I switche over to T-mobile from Nextel I wanted it.

There are 3 Things you can do:

1. Go to your menu and select the set up Internet email. Then you will be directed to a webpage that has another menu > select email accounts > Add and email address

2. Log on to your mytmobile.com account and select the blackberry email link in the mytmobile.com homepage.

That should do it. It worked for me.

I just signed up for the 19.99 data plan today, but there is something that i couldnt figure out.

When I go select "Setup Internet Email", it direct me to the T-Zone, but there is not edit/add email account. it only has these options below:

1. GOTO TMOBILE Web
2. My Account
3. Hot Picks
4. Music and sounds
5. Games
6. Wallpaper
7. Messaging
8. Web and applications
9. 411 & More
