Question Problems with IM+

I can't seem to connect tonight. It did fine this morning. I upgraded to 4.23p and I still can't connect. I'm on T-Mobile and the config is set for TCP and Force MDS/BIZ Connections with port 443. I keep seeing the blue arrows flash on/off but no connection. The web browser connects fine.

any ideas?

I do not use that product but I have heard that they have really good CS. Here is a link to their support webpage:
