A while back I did the OS upgrade, now it seems I can't open a basic Excel worksheet, or Word doc. Any ideas? I think I'm probably missing a basic download for the phone.

UPDATE: I did check and i have the blackberry attachment service program...still nothing.

did you try to send the service book ???

coz that happened to me before also...
but after i send the service book it's fine

I would try to uninstall the attachment service and then reinstall it.

If you're using Redirector with BIS the attachments are not forwarded with message. If you had this capability prior to the OS update, though, then something else is probably going on.

This thread is almost a month old...My guess is he probably resolved the issue.
