Do you think a "hard" case (like the rubberized Seidio) or a skin-like case (silicone?) provides more protection from damage from falls, dings, etc. Trying to decide. Not much for leather, although I won't rule it out if there is a thin one.

I have the silcone case and the "rubberized" one is in tha mail. The silcone one from Seidio is really good. It has the cover across the menu keys. One thing that I dont like is it kinda sticks when in my pocket. Its a little hard to get out and collects some lint. But if I were do drop it I dont think anything would happen to it. With the cover on the phone its much more fun now that I don't have to be so damn carefull with it. Its a great cover for the price. Buy the screen guard too. Don't evem know its there.

I practically threw my Seidio silicone to the floor & its working fine. I read about a guy dropping his Rubberized or Hard case and it hit the floor and popped open. I also hear about people saying the tab is wearing down when they have to remove the battery. But the lent on the Skin dose suck too.
