Question Did a "wipe of handheld" but still pulls email?

Please Login to Remove!

Anyone know how to really hard reset the pearl and also make sure it doesn't pull mail from any email accounts?

Mine is still pulling from my AOL imap account!

Thanks!

Fred

So into your service books and delete the AOL service book if you can readily identify it.

Nope that just wipes data not functionality. In my 8700 tips doc I have a section on service books. Don't think I put it in the 8100 doc. Service books control functionality.

...did you set this up through the BIS? If so, the system may be resending you the service book after the wipe and re-boot since it realizes that it is missing...

If so, remember to go back in to your BIS and remove the account.
