Unhappy Camera + out of memory = :(

I'm not sure if anyone else has run across this yet, but if you take photos with the built-in camera when the device is out of memory, it saves an empty file, without notifying you that it couldn't save the picture.

I'm running T-mo version .64, in case it's been fixed in a later release. I lost about a dozen pictures by not paying close enough attention to my memory free, and haven't installed an expansion card yet. Ah well.

Actually, it does give you a warning. It did it to me. So I switch to the memory card storage. The problem I see is, if the memory full, you have to switch where you want to save your picture and than you have to retake the picture again.

The only thing I could think of what you did wrong is, you probably were taking pictures and didn't bother looking at the screen for the warning about the memory is full.

I am still using the original OS from T-mobile. I didn't upgrade yet.
