Default Sync problem with 4.2 and Outlook Contacts?

Please Login to Remove!

Upgraded to the Cingular Pearl last weekend and installed desktop manager 4.2.

Since doing so, I've noticed some quirky things. Previously, the synchronization between desktop manager and my BB was exact (contacts, calendar, notes, etc ...). With 4.2, however, I've had contacts be doubled up in my outlook application, some have simply been deleted, conflicts between the two aren't necessarily fixed even though I've configured them to be ...

Anyone else having this problem? It's not a huge issue, but small things are starting to cause some problems.

Do you use any wierd field mapping or any of the extended fields (like a number listed as the 15th office phone, lol) because I believe the 8100 has issues with that.

No. Nothing out of the ordinary at all. It must be a software glitch, because I've never had this problem before and have had four different blackberry models.

Something odd is definitely afoot.

I'm using BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.2.0.14. Is this the newest version or is there an updated version of this application? Perhaps my problem has been fixed?

Can anyone help?
