i just got this blackberry 3 days ago. I dont know if its working right i know others that have blackberries and when they pin me it never works so i dont know whats going on. My data and everything else works on my phone. Please somone pin me i need to know if it works MY PIN IS 23E481EE

Hi First of all your data and everything can work fine on your phone and you still not be able to recieve a pin its very unlikely but it can happen. Try doing a pin to yourself. Options status on your phone locate your pin go to messages compose pin and create a pin message to yourself. If you recieve it than great if not then that means that it is going to be network realated the only way to get the pin fixed is to contact the support department ( your Carrier) and they will get it resolved for you it usully takes a little work on there end to get it working properly
