Not sure what you are saying here. You made a warranty claim and they are dragging their feet on getting one out to you?
I posted a thread with my experience. Dialed T-Mo, said "blackberry" when prompted on what I wanted, got that dept. Explained the problem, he entered the order to send me a new Pearl and it arrived the next day.
It was a new Pearl, not a refurb.

Sounds like you got an inexperienced rep? Based on my experience, seems a rep can order a phone to be sent while you are talking on the phone. http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...light=warranty
