I thought there was an icon for it but I can't seem to locate it anymore....

Check to see if it's hidden.

Go to Help
.. Select Screen display

Then select
.. Organize the home screen

That will give you instructions on how to do it..

make sure that you have the password keeper installed. if it is make sure that you see it in the applicaitons database in options>advanced options>applications.

If it is I would advised removing it and reinstalling it.

If it's not, you'll have to use Desktop Manager and have your version of the OS installed on your PC. Open DM and run Application Loader. It should be in there.
