If someones sends me an image as a attachment why does the image size shrink. Im sure blackberry must compress or something to the image, is it possible to turn this off. I really need fully quality images when someone sends me them.

It does that to conserve data transmission as well as space on the device. It's scaled to be optimal on the device since that's the only place it can be viewed. However, you are right - sometimes you need the full image so you can read text (like for fax TIF files).

Once you've opened the picture, click the wheel and select FULL IMAGE. That will bring down the entire image (although there may be a 1 Meg limit on that too). Zoom 1:1 views the entire image. Zoom ALL views the entire image within the constraints of the screen.

Thanks, jerry, yeh i can see the positive points of it, since im into graphic design, i would rather have the full sized image. ive tried to do full image, it says "receiving more" after i do save image, it still comes to 6.79k, from 600 or so.
