No Longer Receiving Gmail Through My BB??
 

I've had my Gmail account set up on my BB since I bought it, and I noticed that today, I stopped receiving anything from Gmail. The last email I received was this morning, and I haven't received any of the last few email I've gotten. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Looks like I'm having the same problem as well. I'm going to try resending my service books. If that doesn't work I'll delete and re-add gmail account. Try yourself.

I'm having the same issue. In fact, I just received an email from TMO saying "Congratulations, you have successfully.....". I have been using this for the past couple of months. Don't know what brought this on, it was working fine this morning.

I don't think it has anything to do with service books.

Same issue here. I haven't gotten a new email from Gmail for a couple of hours. Must be a gmail thing.

I am having the same issue....glad you guys posted. I just finished upgrading from .67 to .69 and wondered if it was an upgrade problem.

Edit: I can log on to the GMail website and it works ok, just not getting anything to the BB.

Glad to see im not the only one having a prob...Maybe its a Gmail thing right now?

I can send from my BB GMail but not receiving anything.

Edit....just got some emails. I did delete and reactivate the account, though.

I'm receiving gmails on my BB now. Resent service books, hard reset and then Deleted account and readded it on the BIS side. I think it was deleting my account and re-adding it did the trick.

maybe...mine aren't coming now. I think it's out of our hands. (n)

Same, glad I'm not the only one. I should no better to hunt for a post like this on these kind of days though.

Crap! My gmail account was successfully readded at 5:43pm....received a "reply to post" from this thread to my gmail account on my BB at 5:45pm. However it's back to not receiving emails.......I give up. Gonna wait it out. Sorry everyone I gave it my best shot.

Yeah mine was doing the same. Even got a message saying I had successfully setup my gmail account.

Thanks for the post. I was wondering where my email went. I've just done a hard reset on the 8700g. Still nothing. Thanks

Anyone have any other BIS accounts to see if other BIS accounts are working? I don't have any setup on my BB. I just use GMail and BES. My BES is fine and PINS are fine.

Edit: I think it might be a BIS thing. Others are complaining to, not just GMail.

Gald I looked here I was about to post to see if it was me but whan I realized my pearl wasn't working and one of my customers 8700g's then I decided to look here and sure enough someone already posted... On the phone with RIM on hold looking for answers as soon as I get one I'll post it...

Add me to the list. Lucky for me this problem showed up while I was switching from an 8700c to a pearl so of course I figured I broke something. I am glad I saw this before I got too far along :)

no Gmail between 0844 to 1446 EST. I did nothing to fix it and it started working again.
