This should be stickied all the complaints bout the new 64 update and everything else should be sent here. Then someone will here us and do something about it. Instead of complaining to each other and double posting and triple posting in threads about the same stuff to no avail. If everyone sends them there probs they'll have to listen especiAly when the guy that has to sort through allthose emails get sick of hearing the same thing about 10000 times I think they just might get the point. So if ya got a pron with the new update or something you would like to see made better then let em know. :)

...Not to me, they don't... but I didn't have the nicest things to say about the so-called OS "upgrade"...

Note to self......always ask nicely. You get much further when you ask nicely than asking pigishly.

I wondering if most of the issues in the TMO .64 upgrade aren't already recognized by RIM - and corrected in the .67 and .69 releases. Maybe we need an email for TMO to ask them to post the more recent OS upgrades.

Anyone know why T-mobile only just released .64?

That was latest release given to them by RIM. If you want to upgrade to .67 or .69, go for it. It won't be any different if it came from T-mobile. It all comes from the same source, RIM.

because it needs to be tested by what ever provider is going to release it before they do and probably thats what RIM gave to T-mobile to test and thats what they released some providers are good about updating OS's some are not so good it pays to keep an eye here and see what comes out.. remember some providers only have 4.2.0.51 for there customers to download like rogers. Also think of how many phones 1 provider supports t-mobile alone must have 100 phones that they have to provide support for not just BB's
