Default and PocketDay on Pearl

Please Login to Remove!

I'm having a problem with PocketDay. When I try to launch it, it just freezes my Pearl.

Any ideas? I've tried removing and re-installing.

Yes - I think this is in a few threads and I will do this from memory.

Restart the 8100.

Go to Options / Advanced / Applications
Scroll down to Pocket Day, click the Menu button and select Edit Permissions

Make sure the top three are all set to Allow

It should work now.

Anyone on the .69 OS having problems with the PD Utilities, specifically the "Show PD after x minutes" feature? I get a java error after setting the utilty options the first time after a reboot, and don't get the "OK" message after subsequent attempts at changing the settings. And, of course, PD doesn't pop back up after x minutes.

It's not a permissions deal, since they're all still set at "allow." I ran PDTest to clear the PDUtil settings, and rebooted, (and repeated a few times) to no avail. I ran PDTest to wipe ALL of the PD settings, and rebooted, again to no avail. And I reinstalled twice, deleting the leftover modules, also to no avail.

PD support has been very responsive, but unsuccessful in resolving this problem. I'm stumped, but am not at all inclined to go back to the .67 OS (not that I could even tell the difference between OSs, but just hate to go through that process).
