Angry Browser STILL freezing!

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys,

I posted earlier about this:
http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...ing-pearl.html

My Pearl was freezing everytime I clicked on the browser. So I went back yesterday night and they couldn't figure out why it was freezing, so they gave me a new phone. I was happy, the browser was working... and then at 2am, before I went to bed, I thought I'd just browse some more and guess what? It froze.

None of the buttons worked when I was on "browser" mode. So, I turned it off to rest and let it charge. This morning, I turned it back on and it was STILL frozen (everything else worked fine though).

Has this happened or have you heard of this happening before? Are the sites I'm going on too "heavy" for the network with all the pictures and stuff? Could there be something wrong with my SIM card? Charger? ANYTHING?

This sucks.. and now I might have to go AGAIN to get it looked at. I hate this.. and now, I'm getting Pearl-phobia (what if my NEXT Pearl STILL freezes and i hafta get it looked at again?!) AHHH! I wanna throw my Pearl at RIM!

*EDIT//--moderators can close this thread now.

I got it fixed after I called Technical Support. They told me to do a "Power Cycle"...I believe that's what it's called. Where you take out the battery and then put it back in. He told me to do this at least 2-3X a week to keep my BlackBerry "healthy." I haven't had a chance to read the manual yet (i'm in the midst of finals... I shouldn't even be on here) so.. don't judge me!
