Well I just added the data plan and received the service books but no I cant receive any text messages or send any. is there a fix i searched all every and cant find one!

did you just get the blackberry internet service, or did you get that + a txt messaging plan?

I got the unlimited BB plan which inlcudeds unlimited text messaging according to the cingular rep. i talked to today

not..u need a text plan.
