These guys really suck at developing this game....Yes the ball will disappear, yes the ball will bounce at higher speed as if it knows you're gonnah have to use up all the life's, yes the ball and the paddle freeze up OR go the opposite direction momentarily just long enough for you to lose the life.....yeah sucks big time I like it when I'm waiting on service at a store but the snags and poor development is to irritating to play much anymore..especially when the developers refuse to correct the game and refuse to respond to threads for help...........RIM bit the big one on this for letting them install it on there phones without any adult supervision...lol.......

how do you get so many lives i can never get so many like 30 and stuff.

This game is overly irritating. Deleted it as soon as I found out how to, hah.

I was at 131,000 points and 50 lives when I lost the ball on the top of the screen. I knew I should have bounced it one more time to let those bricks fall 1 more level.

I left it running for about 1/2 hour and came back - and POOF - the ball had come down and it was waiting on me to start my next life. Not sure if this is common, but leaving it worked for me.

I am now at 180,000 points and 58 lives. There is a survival guide on-line (google it) that gives great pointers on how to best play each level. After you do all 34 levels twice, it slows down and is pretty easy to cruise through and get tons of points. I am on my 9th time through all the levels.

I've left it overnight every night for almost a week now and its not coming back. This sucks.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I had huge problem with lvl 16 as well, however I have a tip!! If you hit one of the blocks normally very early in the game, if you get a GUN drop it can blow-up the white/grey blocks that normally bounce the ball off of them. If you blow the bottom ones out, it will leave you with a nice gap as the bricks start to desend towards the bottom. Now you have an easy way to beat this lvl!!! Home it helps.I am stuck on lvl 17... but its because I had one life remaining after lvl 16. Took me a while to discover that you can remove those blocks with the gun feature... LOL did it by accident!

I've ran into that problem many times.

There is two ways to make the ball disappear. The first way, you must acquire the "catch" ability. Then, try to catch the ball as close to the wall as possible, with the ball at the end of your board, closest to the wall. Once you have done this, aim the ball, as far as possible, away from the bricks (towards the black and yellow wall) and the ball should disappear.

The second is when the bricks first start dropping down towards your board. The very first drop is half as much of a drop from the others. Only if there are bricks at the very top, try and hit the ball into the gap between the bottom of the top of the screen and the top of the bricks on top. The ball will go up and never come back down. (Note: you must hit the ball there on the first time [hit] that the bricks drop, otherwise the glitch won't work)

But why would you want to do this pointless glitch... to lose your ball and have to restart the game?

How do you do that? When i press and hold the red phone button, it kicks me out of the game and back to the menu.

What's the issues with cheats? The game cheats on me. Can't even say how many times a random bounce or passing through blocks has messed up the play.

There are certain parts of the game that are more fun than others. I like wiping out blocks with the gun, for instance. If I had a cheat strategy to have the gun more often, the game would be more fun for me. It's not like developing BrickBreaker skills is a moral imperative.

I wish I would have had all your wasted time on this stupid little game...

Yeah, it's kinda like browsing through forums for threads of no use to you.

But when I'm waiting for the plane, or the shuttle, or a car, or riding along without access to anything else, or on the crapper, or just needing a mental break from mind-numbing keyboarding for pay, it's a handy diversion.

I'm not sure if anyone knows about this trick that was made by the creatures of the game in order to check that the levels are working correctly. Here is the trick that I am giving to you guys out of sympathy lol. On each level all you have to do is press the ball in and the menu button together when your hitting the last box. This will skip either one or two levels (I am not sure how to skip more then one level it just happens some times). So check it out and you can all reply and thank me for the help .

patience and practice. it usually take round 2 or 3 to get that many

understanding how it happens, you can avoid it. thats one of the only challenges to the game. I was sooo pissed the first time it happend.

I would have too if I couldn't beat it. I probably should have....

also, dont start a game unless it gives you a life on level 1
