NO!!!!!!!!!! why would you want to cheat,that makes no sense, ITS A GAME OF SKILLS.

Wow ... that's an intense response to something so benign as BrickBreaker ...

The only "Cheat" would be to highten the sensitivity of the track ball, this is located under the "options" menu, then in screen/display settings, good luck.

What level you all got to? I'm stuck on level 10, can't get past it! Grrr.

been thru all the levels,

don't know a cheat but found a funny glitch I believe its one the 5th level it starts with the boxes at the very top I cleared off half of the left side and bounced the ball right into the corner of one of the boxes at the top and the ball dissapears i thought this was kind of funny because there is nothing you can do but restart the game or just keep moving the board back and forth until you get board.

Yeah, I think I've had that problem, too... it's when I have the "catch" thingy... and I scroll over to the side of the screen, go to bounce the ball off the side, and the ball disappears into the wall instead of bouncing off... and of course, it happens when I'm at like, level 11 or 12... grrrr...

If you need the cheats, please return the phone.

yup i had the same problem, I was doing so well aswell,

I saw the High Scores and some people had 182,000 points and they wur only on level 1!! I've gotten up to level 19 and have only gotten 11,000 pts :(

Once you go through all the levels it starts over again till you lose all your lives.

As far as cheats/tricks. Adjust the sensitivity based on which level you're on. some work better than others.

i haven't really played the game yet... my sister's friend loves playing it with my phone.

level 16 is as far as I have gotten. some say if you hit the botton at the sane exact time the last brick breaks on level 2 or three, it starts to skip levels - every other level or every third level ? ? ? don't know, thought, it never worked (works) for me ? ?

Back when DX-Ball was popular and everyone was running 700 MHz computers, a great trick was to run a few processor-sucking programs in the background. With the processor being eaten up, the ball goes slower which makes you faster in comparison. Pretty simple, not quite a cheat, but I did have the highest DX-ball score in my dorm...

hold down the red phone button. it makes you get 6000 extra points

i dont know what game your playing but i dont believe contra is a supported game by RIM! nice one though.

So I was in the middle of my best game ever, on level 27, at 15650 points, with 5 lives left, and the ball bounced off the top of a brick at the top of the level and the ball glitched out of the level. I am so intensely upset, we play at work on Cingular as a time killer and competition, and I blew the record away, just to not have it count. It won't even save the high score.

my highest is like 22,xxx ish...

Deleted Brickbreaker the first day I got it.

Went through levels 1-34, then died on round 2 level 16. 25,1xx points.

Yep, has happened to me too. At least 4 or 5 times.

What impresses me is when I do post a high score. I'm in the top 100,000 now

How do the top scorers get to level 34? They must be Great! I'd like to shake their thumbs ;)

After reading this thread i'm in the mood to dust off my NES and pop in Contra...

My highest score 9540 Level 17.

i got to level 31 and it bounced right out of the screen! i still have 7 lives left. can i get the ball back somehow???

Ahh.... Contra. I used to pass that game on one life. Loved that game. LOL

I am on level 34, with 8 lives left, and a score of 68,630...I think I have been through all 34 levels 4 times now. the third and fourth times through were easier than the second time b/c the ball does not speed up after it is hit. BUT, I lost the darn ball again.... if anyone knows how to correct this I would really appreciate!
