Sometimes when people call I can not pick up. If I hit the green key or move the mouse to accept call. Anyone else experience this too?

Try popping the battery out and back in. If that still doesn't do it then you may need an OS update. What OS version is on your device? Options >About...first number that starts with 4.2.0.??
