Default BB Desktop Manager - HELP

Please Login to Remove!

Please be gentle, I'm new to bb. I use the bb desktop manager for backing/restoring info. However, when i try to transfer files (shorts videos, music, or pics) nothing happens. what am i doing wrong? is it necessary to have a MicroSD card in order to transfer??

Are you selecting a folder on the handheld to transfer data to? (On the right hand side)

There is also a limit to the size you can transfer directly to the handheld (I believe 2mb), so if the files are big, you are better off getting a memory card.
