My Call log and text messages randomly disappear on my Pearl but my emails stay.Does this happen to anybody else?

I just experienced this problem this morning - never happened on my 7250.

I got the same problem and read on another thread that its a memory issue. I erased the languages i dont use and I´ve got my call logs working again.

If u notice in your options >> status the file size will vbe 0 when its doing it. I dont know what causes this really. I didnt put any media or anything. I did a manual reset and when it cam back it had more memory and calls were logged. Hope this helps

Yes this is deff a memory issue... call logs and email will most likely be the ones to be deleted first as they are considered to be not as important, as they are recoverable from a bill or server. get a memory card and save all your personal data on there. it will help out in the long run.

You can save your pictures and ringtones to the card. Pretty much everything else has to be saved on the phone memory.

Ive been having the same issues too and its really frustrating. Called Cingi and of course they dont have an answer, I have a 2G memory card with all my personal files on it. Is there a program out there that will allow you to move files from Phone memory to Memory Card like windows smartphones have?
